Introductory Fitness Series

Our Circuit Fitness Series is more fitness oriented movements and workouts using the steel club as a core. By exploring basic Steel Club exercises we’ll build a repertoire of movements which will later be added to other workouts. These are a great introductory Steel Club classes that will give you entry-level athletic skills for the longer athletic sessions.

Our Circuit Fitness Services

Whether you are looking for 1-on-1 private sessions, athletic dance coaching, or something more fitness-oriented, our different services offering everything you’re looking for. All of our movement series include a complementary discovery session and the option to take advantage of a private 1-on-1 session.

1. Fitness Flow Series
Flow to Elements

Flow to Elements is a series designed to get you stronger as well as help you to develop flow through sequencing. By exploring basic Steel Club exercises we’ll build a repertoire of movements. This is a great Introductory class and prep for other flow series.

2. Circuit Fitness Series

Level 1

Our Level 1 Circuit Fitness Series is a medium to high intensity series comprised of 5-6 bodyweight exercises over the course of a set time period. Prepare to sweat! The benefits to this style of workout are immense. Build your cardiovascular health, agility, mobility, range of motion and stability in just 30 minutes/session.

3. Steel Club Circuit Fitness Series
Level 2

Similar to our Level 1 Circuit fitness bodyweight series, this series includes the Steel Club through medium intensity training. By exploring basic Steel Club exercises we’ll build a repertoire of movements which will later be added to our workout series. The benefits of this style of training include grip development, connective tissue & joint health, rotational force, core strength and so much more. This Steel Club series is a great introduction that will give you entry-level athletic skills for various Steel Club offerings, including club dance athletic sessions. *Please note that this style of training requires an actual steel club! If you are local and would like to rent equipment, feel free to reach out via email. Otherwise, Steel Clubs can be purchased at ONNIT.com. I recommend 5lb for beginner movers, 10lb for intermediate movers, 15lb for all you gym rats out there!
