Kathy Lucas movement is a specialized movement coach dedicated to inspiring clients to live the best version of themselves through motion, fitness, and dance.

My Passion

My intention is to help inspire clients to live the best version of themselves. I’m passionate about holding space for clients to step into my space with their fullness – with all of who they are and hope to be. I do so by assessing the pillars of connection to self (physical, mental, emotional, cultural and historical). By understanding these pathways to self, this in turn, informs the design or blueprint of how to build a physical practice. In doing so, we find a grounding and a reclaiming of strength, purpose, grace, alignment and identity.

Whether you are looking for 1-on-1 private sessions, athletic dance coaching, or something more fitness-oriented, our different services offering everything you’re looking for. All of our movement series include a complementary discovery session and the option to take advantage of a private 1-on-1 session.
